Get ready to witness the milan of Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna on Sony TV’s Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala
Sony Entertainment Television’s mythological narrative, Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala, weaves a beautiful story of a mother-son bond from Yashoda’s (Neha Sargam) point of view. Showcasing the facets of a mother, viewers have been witness to how protective Maiyaa Yashoda has been towards her son when it comes to certain visitors wanting to catch a glimpse of her little Kanha. Taking the story ahead, the upcoming episodes will see the ‘Shiva aur Krishna’ milan where Lord Shiva will come disguised as Jangam Baba with the wish to meet Lord Krishna. Portraying the role of Lord Shiva will be well-known television actor Dinesh Mehta.
Diving into the story , Yashoda and Jangam Baba get engulfed in an argument as Yashoda does not allow him to meet Neelmani. In the process, they end up in an argument but a determined Yashoda does not give up. Unable to convince her, Lord Shiva then requests Lord Vishnu to help him. On the other hand, Neelmani starts crying and doesn’t stop until Nand Maharaj finally convinces Yashoda to allow Jangam Baba to meet Neelmani. It will be very interesting to see what ensues once the milan takes place!
Elated to have joined the show, Dinesh Mehta who will be seen as Lord Shiva and Jangam Baba shares, “While we’ve heard and seen many tales depicting Lord Shri Krishna’s journey, Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala is a refreshing narrative that beautifully depicts a mother’s love for her child. With the upcoming episodes, it will be very interesting to see how Lord Shiva in the disguise of Jangam Baba attempts to meet Neelmani but a overly protective Yashoda doesn’t allow the union to happen. On the other hand, the relationship between Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna is very pure. Hence, to bring out the nuances of my character perfectly both as Lord Shiva and Jangam Baba, I went through a lot of preparations in order to bring out the essence of my roles. Also, I am a Lord Shiva devotee and an have read multiple books including the Shivpuran which further made it easy for me to get into my character.
Tune in to Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala, every Monday to Friday at 9:00 PM only on Sony Entertainment Television
